苏老师和杜老师两人都是华外的数学教师，两个孩子（苏钰晨、苏钰曦）在华外就读六年级。两年前，他们一家从贵州六盘水跨越山海，举家搬迁到广州，选择了华外。这一决定背后是对孩子教育的深思熟虑和对华外教育理念的坚定认同。

苏老师和杜老师，作为资深的数学老师，在原学校担任重要职务，他们的搬迁意味着放弃多年的职业积累，从头开始。这对他们来说无疑是一个巨大的挑战。孩子们对于离开熟悉的环境和亲密的伙伴感到不舍，但最终，华外的“梦想教育”理念成为了他们决定搬迁的关键动力。

For Mr. Su and Mr. Du, as veteran math teachers who held important positions in their former schools, moving meant giving up years of professional growth and starting from scratch. This was certainly a big challenge for them. The children were reluctant to leave their familiar surroundings and close friends, but in the end, HW's philosophy of "Dream Education" was the main motivation for their decision to move.

杜老师介绍说，“其实当初在选择学校时我们的选择也比较多，但最终选择华外的原因是，在教师面试时，校长提出的关于华外特有的“梦想教育”，打动了我们。我觉得现阶段的孩子们生活大都很幸福，可以说学习已经成为对于大部分孩子来说最苦最累的事情。在这种情况下，只有孩子树立梦想，明确目标，提高内驱力，才会产生学习的动力。这种理念和我们的期望非常契合。”

在华外的校园内，苏老师及其家人不仅找到了家的温馨，更与学校的文化和价值观产生了深刻的共鸣。

On HW's campus, Ms. Su and her family not only found the warmth of home, but also resonated deeply with the school's culture and values.

“钰晨钰曦两兄弟性格各异，一个内敛稳重，一个机智活泼，但都一样阳光开朗、积极乐观，热爱运动，像小太阳一样给周围的人带来温暖和力量。虽然他们是后来转入我们班的，但他们适应得很快，迅速融入了集体，和同学们建立了良好的关系。”戴老师如是说。

阳光开朗的两兄弟在学校非常受欢迎，深入了解后发现，这一切都有其根源。温柔的爸爸和爽朗的妈妈，温馨和谐的家庭氛围，为他们提供了良好的成长环境。这与华外所倡导的“温馨友善”的校园文化不谋而合。

The two sunny and cheerful brothers are very popular at school, and a closer look reveals that there is a root to it all. Their gentle father and bright mother, with a warm and harmonious family atmosphere, provide a good environment for them to grow up in.

“我们和孩子约定每天要寻找至少两个身边人的优点，并告诉我们。这样可以培养他们发现美和勇于称赞他人的能力，用发现美的眼光看世界。”

阳光开朗的两兄弟

另外，每年苏老师一家都会带孩子去旅行，让他们在实践中学习，这种“行万里路胜读万卷书”的教育理念又与华外的探究式学习同频了！

Every year, Ms. Su's family takes their children on trips so that they can learn by doing, and this educational philosophy of “travelling thousands of miles is better than reading thousands of books” coincides with HW's inquiry-based learning.

“记得前几年带他们去长沙游玩，当我们游览湘江路过橘子洲头时，他们发现路过的地方和毛主席的那首词《沁园春·长沙》都能对上，瞬间就对这首词产生了极大的兴趣。回去的路上就兴致冲冲地把这首词背诵了下来。”这样的教育经历不仅丰富了孩子们的知识，也锻炼了他们的实践能力，让他们在探究中成长。

热爱运动的钰晨和钰曦在华外找到了他们的主战场，在开学之初顺利通过学校校队的选拔，成功加入篮球校队。一周三次的固定训练，带给他们更强健的体魄；赛场上竞争激烈的比赛让他们学会全力以赴；在与队友合作的过程中，收获友谊。还有日常体育课与大课间、秋季田径运动会、春季趣味运动会、阳朔坚毅探究活动……他们的运动潜能得到开发，运动热情得以释放！

Yuchen and Yuxi, who love sports, found their main battlefield in HW and successfully passed the school team selection at the beginning of the school year and joined the school basketball team. The regular practice three times a week gives them a stronger body; the competitive games on the court teach them to give their best; and they gain friendship in the process of cooperating with their teammates. There are also daily physical education classes and recesses, fall sports competitions, spring fun games, and the Yangshuo Perseverance Exploration Activity ......, where their athletic potential is developed and their passion for sports is unleashed!

钰曦笑着说，“来到这里后，我不仅体验到丰富多元的课程，还结交到许多志同道合的朋友。每学期都能到不同的地方学习和探索，甚至有机会接触到世界冠军，这些经历塑造了我坚毅的品质。无论是在学习还是运动中，我都不会轻易放弃，不会被困难打败。”

在工作方面，苏老师和杜老师凭借他们在教学领域的丰富积累，在新的工作环境中得到了更充分的发挥。他们在数学科组的建设上提供了宝贵的专业支持和经验智慧，不仅推动了教学质量的提升，也为科组的发展贡献力量。

On the work front, Ms. Su and Ms. Du have been able to make fuller use of their rich accumulation in the teaching field in their new working environment. They have provided valuable professional support and experienced wisdom in the construction of the Mathematics Section, which not only promotes the improvement of teaching quality, but also provides guidance on the direction of the section's development. 

杜老师表示，“华外丰富多彩的课程和温和友善的人文环境让两个孩子很快适应并融入进来，同时兴趣爱好和特长都能够得到培养和发展，我感到非常的欣慰。同时，校领导对我们夫妻两人也非常重视和照顾，同事们之间温馨友善。在这里我们已经得到了超过预期的收获！”

在学校即将迎来十周年校庆之际，杜老师的话语充满了温情与力量。

As the school is about to celebrate its 10th anniversary, Mr. Du's words were full of warmth and strength.

她提到：“在这里任教的时光，我收获满满。学校不断改善教学环境，丰富课程体系。一批批学子在这里从懵懂到成熟。学校就像一艘巨轮，在教育的海洋中航行，十周年是重要的里程碑，愿其朝着更卓越的方向稳稳前行。”

这段话不仅是杜老师对学校的祝福，也是学校给予她和家人最有力支持的见证。在华外，每一位师生都像是在这艘巨轮上，共同驶向广阔的未来。
